“After growing up in the business, it seemed a natural transition for me to take over as General Manager in 2001 when Larry and his family relocated to South Carolina,” DeLee says.  “I have worked in and around the collision repair business all of my life and had, in fact, spent the previous five years serving as a consultant to body shops throughout the country, helping them to achieve better business practices and increased profitability.  I brought that same knowledge to our family’s business and the business has continued to prosper.” Seven years later, in May of 2008, she officially purchased the business and began her current role as its president. Continued growth and success are part of DeLee’s vision for her company’s future, as she continues to build on the groundwork laid down by her father. “The company-wide goal is always to treat every customer the same way that we would want to be treated,” she says.  “When our customers drive home their cars, they are also driving home our reputation.”
